Powercan Etch Primer is chromate free. It is typically applied to promote adhesion on rub-through areas prior to painting, on bare metal substrates and over bare seams before application of sealant. Powercan Etch Primer can be applied to the following surfaces:- Bare steel. Aluminium. Galvanized and Zinc coated steels. Fully cured paint. Polyester bodyfillers and G.R.P.
