How to Use (Application Guide)

Surface Preparation: Clean the damaged plastic area thoroughly using a degreaser or wax remover. Sand the surface lightly with P80–P120 grit sandpaper to ensure maximum mechanical grip, then wipe clean.

Mixing: Take the desired amount of Polimax plastic filler 1ltr and mix thoroughly with the included hardener (typically a 2% to 3% ratio by weight) until a uniform color with no streaks is achieved.

Application: Using a plastic or metal spreader, apply a thin, firm layer over the damage to force the putty into any micro-scratches or low points. Build up layers if necessary, keeping each layer relatively thin.

Sanding: Allow 15–20 minutes to cure completely at room temperature. Shape and smooth the repair using P120 grit sandpaper, finishing off with P240–P320 grit for a seamless transition into the surrounding paintwork.
