LS158 ACRYL 1K MATT: A Matt Acrylic Enamel for Industrial Applications
LS158 ACRYL 1K MATT is a one-pack acrylic enamel that is suitable for painting industrial manufactured items, especially PVC, ABS, and rigid polystyrene (PS). It has a matt finish and dries quickly. It is easy to apply and has good adhesion to these substrates.

Application
The substrate must be degreased with 00617 PLASTIC CLEANER before applying LS158 ACRYL 1K MATT. For PS, it is recommended to dilute the paint with 00587 PS THINNER. The paint can be applied by spray, with a spray viscosity of 18-20” DIN 4. The recommended number of coats is 2, with a suggested film thickness of 30-40 µ.
Safety Precautions
- The paint is flammable. Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flames.
- The paint may irritate the skin and eyes. Wear gloves and goggles when handling.
- If the paint gets into your eyes, flush them immediately with water for at least 15 minutes.
- If the paint is swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call a poison control center or doctor immediately.
